Delete Account - POS Time Attendance

If you wish to delete your employee account and associated data from POS Time Attendance, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Step 1: Contact Your Administrator

Please send an email to your HR department or system administrator with the subject line:
"Account Deletion Request - POS Time Attendance"

Step 2: Include Required Information

  • Your full name
  • Your employee ID
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Step 3: Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation within 48 hours acknowledging your request.


What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Employee name and employee ID
  • Employee profile photo (if uploaded)
  • Facial biometric encoding
  • All attendance records (clock-in / clock-out history)
  • All GPS location records associated with clock-in / clock-out

Data Retention Period

  • Employee profile, photo, and biometric data: Deleted within 30 days of your request
  • Attendance records (including GPS data): Permanently removed within 90 days

What Happens After Deletion

  1. You will no longer be able to clock in/out using the app
  2. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers
  3. This action cannot be undone
