This Privacy Policy describes how POS Time Attendance ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Employee name and employee ID
• Employee profile photo (optional, uploaded by administrator)
• Facial biometric data (face encoding for identity verification)
• Camera images (used only during face recognition clock-in/out, not stored as photos)
• Work attendance records (clock-in and clock-out timestamps)
• GPS location at the time of clock-in and clock-out (optional, requires permission)
• Shop/branch information

2. Device Permissions

• Camera: Used to capture a selfie for face recognition during clock-in/out and to take employee profile photos. Face images are processed immediately and not stored on the device.
• Location (GPS): Used to record the employee's location at the time of clock-in/out. This helps verify that employees are present at the designated workplace. Location is only captured at the moment of clocking in or out and is not tracked continuously. You may deny this permission — attendance will still be recorded without location data.
• Internet: Required to communicate with your organization's private server for attendance recording.

3. How We Use Your Information

All collected data is used exclusively for:

• Verifying employee identity via face recognition or PIN
• Employee time attendance tracking
• Verifying employee presence at the workplace via GPS location
• Displaying employee profile photos within the app
• Generating work hour reports for your organization

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on your organization's private server
• Facial data is stored as numerical encoding only, not as photos
• Profile photos are stored securely on the organization's server and accessible only within the app
• GPS coordinates are stored as numerical values and are only accessible to authorized administrators
• Camera images for face recognition are processed in real-time and never saved
• Data is not transmitted to or shared with any third parties

5. Location Data

GPS location is recorded only at the moment an employee clocks in or clocks out. The app does not track location continuously or in the background. Location data is used solely to verify workplace attendance and is accessible only to your organization's administrators.

6. Data Retention

Attendance records and location data are retained according to your organization's internal policy. Employees may request deletion of their biometric data and profile photo by contacting their administrator.

7. Children's Privacy

This application is intended for use by employees aged 18 and above and is not directed at children under 13.
